We were coming home tonight and Madi is into making up her own songs. She started singing, "I am free, yes I am free," in a cute high pitch voice. We of course let her finish, and then I asked "where did you learn that beautiful song?" She said I learned it from Africa. I have to explain where she may be getting that from. Nana has a music box that has little children from, Africa, China, US, and Mexico. Her and Alex love it, it's their little fun thing they do w/ Nana. Madi also has a friend named China. I love her innocent imagination.
