This year we started Peter's childhood tradition. The kids got to pick out a shoe for Santa's elf to leave a piece of candy in on the window seal, if they are good. But if they are bad, they don't get any. And believe me, there have been a few mornings that there is nothing in their shoes. It's a cute little tradition that we hope to keep up.

Did the Elf come?
This year we started Peter's childhood tradition. The kids got to pick out a shoe for Santa's elf to leave a piece of candy in on the window seal, if they are good.
